About my practice & teaching style: Iâve been practicing yoga for 15 years, and just received my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification from Kripalu in the Berkshires! I am so excited to start teaching donation-based classes for the community out in nature! I believe yoga is for EVERY BODY. Iâm so excited to share the benefits of yoga with you!
If youâre not feeling well, please sit this one out and rest up! There will be plenty more opportunities on the horizon đ
